The Delaware Division of Corporations has announced its 2020 year-end Holiday schedule. Please refer to the schedule below for details on the office's closures and what services CLAS will be able to provide.
NOVEMBER
Wednesday, November 11 (Veterans Day)
The Division of Corporations will be CLOSED; CLAS will be open
- Delaware services limited to research, certificates and copy requests
Thursday, November 26 & Friday, November 27 (Thanksgiving Holiday)
The Division of Corporations will be CLOSED; CLAS will also be closed
- No Delaware services will be available
DECEMBER
Friday, December 1 (Division of Corporations Employee Recognition Luncheon)The Division of Corporations will close at 9:00 p.m.
The cut-off times for expedited filings will be changed on this day, as follows:
- All 30-Minute and One-Hour requests must be delivered to CLAS by 6:30 p.m.
- All 2-Hour requests must be delivered to CLAS by 5:30 p.m.
- All other cut-off times remain unchanged
- Division personnel will not be available between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
- 30-Minute, 1-Hour and 2-Hour requests will NOT BE PROCESSED between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. EST
and no evidence will be received back during this time. Expedited requests must be delivered prior to 11:30 a.m. EST in
order to be processed prior to the event.
Friday, December 25 (Christmas Day)
The Delaware Division of Corporations will be CLOSED; CLAS will also be closed
- No Delaware services will be available
Thursday, December 31 (New Year's Eve)
The Delaware Division of Corporations will close at 8:00 p.m. EST
The cut-off times for expedited filings will be changed on this day, as follows:
- All 30-Minute and One-Hour requests must be delivered to CLAS by 5:30 p.m. EST
- All 2-Hour requests must be delivered to CLAS by 4:30 p.m. EST
- All other cut-off times remain unchanged
JANUARY
Friday, January 1 (New Year’s Day)
The Delaware Division of Corporations will be CLOSED; CLAS will also be closed
- No Delaware services will be available
