When planning your upcoming projects, please take note of the following special business hours and state filing office closures in Delaware - turn around for document filing and retrieval will be affected during these times. **NOVEMBER** **Friday, November 10 (Veterans Day)** The Division of Corporations will be CLOSED; CLAS will also be closed -  No Delaware services will be available **Thursday, November 23 & Friday, November 24 (Thanksgiving Holiday)** The Division of Corporations will be CLOSED; CLAS will also be closed -  No Delaware services will be available **DECEMBER** **Friday, December 8 (Division of Corporations Employee Recognition Luncheon)** The Division of Corporations will close at 7:00 p.m. EST The cut-off times for expedited filings will be changed on this day, as follows: - All 30-Minute and 1-Hour requests must be delivered to CLAS by 4:30 p.m. EST - All 2-Hour requests must be delivered to CLAS by 3:30 p.m. EST - Division personnel will not be available between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. EST - 30-Minute, 1-Hour, and 2-Hour requests will not be processed between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. EST and must be delivered to CLAS before to 9:30 a.m. EST in order to be processed prior to the event **Monday, December 25 (Christmas Day)** The Delaware Division of Corporations will be CLOSED; CLAS will also be closed -  No Delaware services will be available JANUARY **Monday, January 1 (New Year's Day Observed)** The Division of Corporations will be CLOSED; CLAS will also be closed - No Delaware services will be available Please note: - Delaware business filings may not be filed when the Division is closed unless prior arrangements are made - A $2,500 special handling fee will be charged in addition to all customary disbursements - The filing will be processed the next business day - Prepositioning is mandatory and at least 24-hours advance notice is requested - Delaware business filings may be filed prior to any state holiday with the holiday as the effective date **We're here to help!** Please fee free to contact CLAS for help in planning your projects to avoid potential service delays.
