Corporate/UCC CSR Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate/UCC CSR Support to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Review results from vendors, input into internal system to create results reports and invoices
  • Work closely with the CSR Team to ensure the highest quality and fastest turnaround of our services to the client
  • Must always be aware of sensitive time frames to meet daily deadlines 
  • Review, document and update customer records based on interactions with CSR Team
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving processes

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
