Corporate/UCC CSR Support

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Corporate/UCC CSR Support to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Review results from vendors, input into internal system to create results reports and invoices
- Work closely with the CSR Team to ensure the highest quality and fastest turnaround of our services to the client
- Must always be aware of sensitive time frames to meet daily deadlines
- Review, document and update customer records based on interactions with CSR Team
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with colleagues
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
