Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, interpret, and clarify client requests for UCC and Corporate orders
  • Input and manage client orders in internal system
  • Communicate updates to client
  • Clearly communicate client's needs to other departments
  • Provide clients with information about UCC and Corporate searches and filings in all jurisdictions, Domestic and Foreign.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving jurisdictional requirements for UCC and Corporate requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Adobe and similar computer programs
