- Arizona Secretary of State: Closed January 18-22
- California Secretary of State: Closed to the public January 20
- Connecticut Secretary of State: Closed January 18 and January 20
- Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs (DCRA): Closed January 18-22
- Georgia Secretary of State: Closed 18-20
- Illinois Secretary of State: Closed January 20
- Indiana Secretary of State: Closed January 20
- Maine Secretary of State: Closed January 20
- Nevada Secretary of State: Closed January 18-20
- New Jersey Secretary of State: Closed to the public January 18-20
- North Carolina Secretary of State: Closed January 18-20
- Ohio Secretary of State: Closed January 18-20
- Oregon Secretary of State: Closed January 18-22
- Pennsylvania Secretary of State: Closed January 18-20; Expedited service suspended
- Texas Secretary of State: Closed January 20
- Virginia Secretary of State: Closed January 18-21
