Two states (Alabama and California) have new business entity laws taking effect during the month of January. Please see below for summaries of the laws that will go into effect at the first of the new year.

The Delaware Division of Corporations has announced its 2016 Year-End Holiday Schedule.  Please refer to the schedule below for details on the office's closures and what services CLAS will be able to provide.

Effective November 1, 2016, the California Secretary of State has adopted updated Statement of Information Forms for Corporations. Per the state, the following changes have been made:
